It’s very good, very affordable, plentiful, and the owners are very friendly in addition to being helpful.
A real good moment to share with my wife. I recommend and we will come back with pleasure.

Honestly, if you're not eating your weight in cheese here, you're doing it wrong.
A must stop in Caen. I'd even say if you're within a 5 hours of travel to Caen, you should just do it. What else do you really NEED to do... probably nothing. Just do it

For who and the meal it is incredibly good

I have been frequenting "Le Refuge" for years and I find the new owners very attentive and friendly (towards me, in relation to the lighting because I am visually impaired, the quality of the products on my plate etc. I take the braserade as much as possible ). And the welcome is always there, smiling and it’s cool for the punch too 😉. The owners are very pleasant people to talk to. THANKS

Nous sommes venus pour l’anniversaire de notre petit qui adore le fromage et nous nous sommes régalés, comme d’habitude bien accueillit, première fois que nous venions depuis le changement de propriétaire assiettes toujours bien garnies et ambiances montagnardes comme si on y était
