A sublime experience; it was our first Michelin-starred restaurant.
We chose the seven-course tasting menu, and the dishes flowed harmoniously from one course to the next. Everything was delicious and interesting to discover. The service was truly impeccable, all within an intimate atmosphere.

5 stars because I respect the overall effort.
2 stars because the food didn't give me the "wow" I expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.
(Portions too small, taste, and the rarity of the ingredients were rather ordinary.)
3 stars for the service. A complex explanation for simple and far from exceptional ingredients. (Well-prepared, admittedly.)
3 stars for the ambiance.
Sublime setting, attentive staff, but far from intimate. Seated side-by-side facing the dining room, we felt judged on our behavior or how we ate.
I'm not a gourmet.
I'm one of those who prefer quality quantity to the sophisticated showmanship of haute cuisine.
€445 for two, including two bottles of wine, is expensive for a very ordinary experience.

This being our fifth visit, we are still just as delighted, both by the quality of the food and the service. Each visit is a true pleasure and we always have a wonderful time. The sommelier is extremely kind and offers excellent advice.
