We had a wonderful time at this restaurant; everything was perfect, from the service to the quality of the food. We've been coming to Nernier on holiday for years without ever having been here. We will definitely be back with great pleasure. The chef took the time to chat with us; he's very friendly, and his cuisine is of high quality—original yet very approachable. The service was impeccable while remaining relaxed. Well done! A fantastic evening for the whole family with our two children.

We chose the seven-course tasting menu with wine pairings, and every moment was a true invitation to travel. Each dish was a creation of remarkable precision: exceptionally high-quality ingredients, enhanced by fresh herbs picked from the restaurant's garden, which brought incomparable freshness and intensity of flavor. The combinations were surprising, perfectly balanced, with a veritable explosion of taste in the mouth with every bite. We discovered much more than a meal: a story, an emotion, a true culinary signature. The wine pairings were simply exceptional. Our sommelier played a significant role in making this experience unique. Passionate and possessing impressive knowledge, he introduced us to each wine, sharing its history, its terroir, its estate, and the work of the winemakers. His explanations, as captivating as they were accessible, enhanced every tasting experience. The service was impeccable: discreet, attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced. The entire team works with remarkable precision while maintaining a warm, personal touch that makes all the difference. A well-deserved Michelin star. This restaurant offers more than just a meal; it provides a true sensory experience where every detail is considered with passion and excellence. We left amazed, with unforgettable culinary memories. Excellent place. Very refined cuisine. We enjoyed it very much.

On a very hot July day, we went for lunch as a family. The air conditioning advertised on the website was out of order, but the day before, when I called to change our reservation from 8 to 7 people, no one mentioned it. It was stifling despite the fans, whose effectiveness was undoubtedly limited. We remained at the table for over 5 hours, some enjoying the raspberry menu and others the 7-course menu. It was only at dessert, and after pointing out the slow service, that we were vaguely told about some kitchen problems. That was all. The management of the heatwave was very poor. Should they continue to welcome customers in these conditions without even attempting to make any concessions? Over 5 hours at the table, for goodness' sake! The restaurant's Michelin star has melted away, because the ambiance and the attention given to the customers contribute to the enjoyment of the meal. This is all the more disappointing because the food is good, with truly beautiful, high-quality, flavorful, and well-prepared ingredients, perfectly cooked dishes, and attractive presentation. There were some excellent discoveries, although we found a few dishes too complex, combining too many flavors. One of the desserts didn't impress us. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he replied that customers often commented on it... so should it remain on the menu no matter what? On the other hand, I was extremely disappointed when, after asking for the bill, I was refused a bottle of filtered water, which had accompanied our entire meal, for a final refreshment before leaving. Instead, we were brought a carafe—not even chilled... and yet a carafe hadn't been offered to us when we ordered our drinks. Such pettiness at the end of a meal costing nearly €200 per person is unacceptable. When mercantilism takes over to this extent, it's sad.

What can I say...perfect, a great team, attentive, fantastic meal

Very good, but we were disappointed by the cheeses, which had a slight refrigerator smell and weren't at their best. The carafes of water are overpriced; for five people, we paid €46 for water on top of the beers and wine! Nevertheless, I commend the chef for his creativity and his team for the impeccable service.

A truly wonderful experience at Le Refuge des Gourmets. We had an excellent evening from start to finish. The welcome was particularly warm, and the team was incredibly attentive throughout the meal, with impeccable service. We felt truly well looked after. The cuisine was flawless: exquisitely refined dishes, perfectly executed, original yet with perfectly balanced flavors. Each plate was a real delight. The only slight drawback: the prices were a little high in my opinion, even for a Michelin-starred restaurant. But the overall quality of the experience remains undeniable. We highly recommend it and will gladly return.
