An exceptional culinary experience, both in terms of taste and presentation. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing precise explanations of each dish, as well as the wine pairings. We recently came to eat here and we loved it! Everything was perfect: the service, the welcome, the food, etc. We're not usually fans of fine dining, but I have to say it was truly an incredible culinary experience! It was a pleasure to be treated to a five-course surprise menu (with the option to know what each course will be beforehand). Local produce was showcased, and ample time was allotted to savor it. A beautiful setting and pleasant service.

A superb experience at Refuge des Gourmets, with special mention for the reimagined asparagus, the excellent beef polenta with mushrooms and diot sausage sauce, and the chocolate dessert at the very end. My partner, who is gluten-free, was offered several gluten-free breads and adapted dishes without compromising the flavors. A truly excellent gastronomic experience!

An extremely interesting culinary experience. Everything is delicious, refined, sophisticated, expertly crafted, and superbly presented. Sometimes surprising, like the chocolate dessert, which combines all the textures; the flavors explode in the mouth. The food and wine pairings are incredibly precise; special mention to the sommelier and his assistant. All the staff, although very young, are lovely and attentive. Fanny, the chef's wife, is very thoughtful and oversees the dining room with great skill. Even the acoustics are well thought out; the sounds are muffled, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning, and it's very pleasant. In short, it was sublime. Bravo to the chef and his team; my sister and I had a wonderful time. The only slight drawback is the surrounding area and the somewhat dated interior.

Another visit for my son Oscar's birthday, which was a truly remarkable occasion. Thank you and congratulations to the entire team for your hard work and impeccable service.

Le Refuge des Gourmets is a must-visit institution in the area. While the cuisine's reputation precedes it, I wanted to commend the dining room staff. We were served with the precision of a ballet; the dishes all arrived simultaneously and at the perfect temperature, in a choreography flawlessly orchestrated by Ms. Chanove. All dietary preferences are taken into account. The entire staff is dedicated to ensuring you have a truly exceptional experience! A huge congratulations!
