Very good, but we were disappointed by the cheeses, which had a slight refrigerator smell and weren't at their best. The carafes of water are overpriced; for five people, we paid €46 for water on top of the beers and wine! Nevertheless, I commend the chef for his creativity and his team for the impeccable service.

A truly wonderful experience at Le Refuge des Gourmets. We had an excellent evening from start to finish.
The welcome was particularly warm, and the team was incredibly attentive throughout the meal, with impeccable service. We felt truly well looked after.
The cuisine was flawless: exquisitely refined dishes, perfectly executed, original yet with perfectly balanced flavors.
Each plate was a real delight.
The only slight drawback: the prices were a little high in my opinion, even for a Michelin-starred restaurant. But the overall quality of the experience remains undeniable.
We highly recommend it and will gladly return.

We came for a morning of foraging followed by a lunch featuring some of the herbs picked that morning.
An extraordinary experience guided by the chef along the paths, then an explosion of flavors on the plates.
Impeccable, friendly, and approachable service, and the sommelier's amazing selections. Hubert and his team deserve a second star.
In short… we'll be back; the summer raspberry menu already has our mouths watering! 😜

I participated in the foraging day on May 23, 2026.
I had a wonderful time with the chef in the saxel woods.
You can feel the chef's passion for all these aromatic herbs.
He converted us all!
And what can I say about the meal afterward, which was fabulous!

An exceptional culinary experience, both in terms of taste and presentation. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing precise explanations of each dish, as well as the wine pairings.
And the desserts were creative and modern.

We recently came to eat here and we loved it! Everything was perfect: the service, the welcome, the food, etc.
We're not usually fans of fine dining, but I have to say it was truly an incredible culinary experience! The setting is very pretty; I especially loved the ceiling lights 🤣
