Magical! We came as a group of eight friends and were welcomed like family by Philippe, the owner, and his team. His wife joined us in the evening. The meal was delicious; thank you to the chef for using only fresh, homemade products, including the bread and even the pastries at breakfast. The view is exceptional, calm, and serene. The owner was very generous in suggesting the best places to visit. Thank you, thank you! We will be back.

We received a very warm welcome from the manager. The food was simple and well-prepared: exactly what we expected from a restaurant in a guesthouse. As a bonus, the view is truly magnificent, and we were able to enjoy it for quite some time. Don't hesitate to stop by if you're passing through.

This just goes to show you shouldn't hesitate to leave a place where you're poorly received if it leads to a place like this. After being turned away because of the time at an establishment we won't name, what a brilliant idea it was to call the Phoenix Refuge! Despite the late hour, 1:40 pm, we were welcomed. Two very friendly gentlemen greeted and served us warmly. The view from our table was beautiful; there was even a spotting scope available, and the chamois were right there in the peephole! We had a wonderful meal, and even the chef's "goodbye" from his window, with a clearly sincere smile, was a pleasant touch.
