We had a truly exceptional evening, both for the delicious food and the warm, relaxing atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the foie gras appetizer and the monkfish main course. The wine Lucien selected for us was perfect. The desserts were absolutely divine.
We haven't experienced Regain in Marseille. Even in this different setting, we don't just come to dine at your restaurant; we come to live a sincere, generous, and profoundly human experience.
Each dish tells a story, each flavor is precise, balanced, and full of soul. You can feel the passion, the respect for the ingredients, and the desire to please. The welcome is very warm, and we immediately felt like the privileged guests we were. Lucien gave us wonderful recommendations. We sampled everything on the menu. We can't wait to come back next week.
