The Basque chef who took over the establishment creates good dishes for good value for money. The red wine coquelet, duck hearts, squid, veal axoa and ibardine are very good. Recommended.

We feel that there is a real cook, you can see it in the dishes! I enjoyed the axoa (note: slightly spicy), and my wife enjoyed her burger. The dishes are plentiful and well cooked. The choice on the menu is limited, so the products are fresh. In short, don't go there for the atmosphere, but for the food. A good address in Orthez.
