A choice of four appetizers, all delicious, three daily specials, a wide selection of cheeses, and very good desserts... The owner does the cooking, and her husband is at the front of house... A truly charming inn. The rooms are well-kept and very clean, and the staff is kind and friendly. Just outside the village, they have a few rooms and a very well-maintained dining room. There's also plenty of space outside on the veranda. We dined three evenings with tasty, local dishes. The lady cooks very well. The owner serves and is very kind. The location is excellent for visiting the Lozère and nearby Cantal, among cows and pastures. Beautiful place and countryside!

Peace and quiet, surrounded by nature, impeccable service and hospitality, generous meals... a special mention for the small family chalet overlooking a private garden. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and restaurant and will gladly return!

During our weekend stopover in the Aubrac region, this establishment and its management were perfect. Despite a serious incident that occurred near the hotel where we intervened, they were patient and very professional. The meal was truly excellent and generous. The wine was perfect. Room (1) was comfortable. Thank you to them for this enjoyable experience. Le Regimbal lives up to its reputation, and I encourage you to stop by, or even stay longer, to see for yourself.

The room was immaculate, very clean and comfortable, and the welcome was truly warm and attentive. A special mention for the food: excellent, generous, and very hearty! We thoroughly enjoyed every bite. 😋 A wonderful place where you feel right at home, with excellent value for money. We will gladly return and highly recommend it! 👏😊

I 100% recommend this hostel where we stayed for 4 days on a half-board basis. We quickly felt right at home, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back!
