A very, very good restaurant; I went to eat there with my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

While in the area for the weekend, we were looking for a restaurant for Saturday evening. We chose this place, and it was an excellent choice. The menu is concise, with three starters, three main courses, and a slightly larger selection of desserts, which is sufficient to offer variety and, above all, high-quality ingredients. The setting is pleasant, with a view of the Charente🏞 and fresh air🌬, it feels good. The food isn't BAD😐 but it's not Incredible ❌️... Certainly, the quality is there 💫✨️but there aren't a lot of main courses, starters, and desserts to choose from 🍨. The wait for the dishes is a bit long 😬 And the atmosphere is great! I recommend it, but not over the top. But I'm not criticizing it, it's still good 😁😄😃!

Restaurant with good food, same thing. The dinner menu is 32.50, but The decor is indeed expensive because it's a mill... but I recommend it, but nothing special.

A restaurant we loved with its terrace overlooking the water and, above all, its excellent, very complete and varied menu. We booked today after looking at the menu on their website. Disappointingly, there was no menu, just a €37 set meal without any of the dishes seen on the menu. After an explanation, they offered us foie gras if there was any left... We opted for it, then my friend ordered one of the dishes from the menu and no dessert. After the foie gras, I just asked for cheese with salad (I was served four small pieces), then dessert. When it came to the bill, they gave us two full menus. Surprised, I pointed out that my friend had only a starter and main course, while I had just a starter, cheese, and dessert. I was told that we hadn't received any instructions for this. In the end, with an aperitif, two glasses of wine, and a coffee, the bill came to €90. The receipt wasn't itemized except for: two menus for €45... In short, once is enough to get ripped off. Where did our previous good recommendation go? On the plus side: very warm welcome and service from both the waitress and the owner.

The place is pleasant, with plush furnishings. On Sundays, there's a single menu with an interesting selection, at 37 euros for starters, main courses, and desserts. Pay attention to the quality of the beef and its cooking; otherwise, it was very good, and the staff was friendly. I recommend it.

Despite the change of ownership, we had a pleasant time. The waitress was very friendly, and the food was very good. The setting, decor, and atmosphere were very pretty. We definitely recommend it.
