It's been ages since I stopped for lunch at a roadside diner. For a ridiculously low price, I had a very good royal couscous. However, be warned, it's not suitable for a small appetite or for two people. Being a big eater, I couldn't finish dessert. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area.

A very good, relaxing dining experience right off the highway with two large parking lots. A truck stop with excellent references, a very warm welcome, charming, professional, and attentive staff. Quick, hot, varied, and well-balanced cuisine with impeccable service. Don't miss the couscous on Thursdays, a signature dish. Closed on weekends. A shame.
