Discovered a fantastic restaurant! I've never eaten such a succulent beef carpaccio. The slice of Aubrac beef was thicker than the usual thin slices. It was bursting with flavor, and the basil and Parmesan sauce was a delight. The owner is lovely and very professional, as are his staff. I'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend it! Great atmosphere, friendly and smiling waiters and waitresses. The Maroilles sauce was amazing, it's a shame we didn't get the recipe. 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you for everything!

I'll start by thanking the lady who greeted and served us; she was so energetic, very kind, and full of humor. However, regarding the salad I ordered, it wasn't anything special: a green salad, bacon bits, toasted baguette, and warm goat cheese log. Sixteen euros seems reasonable, perhaps a little excessive. Still, it was acceptable.
