26/03/2026: Lunch on a weekday, with few people. The wine list and selection are limited (which is a good sign!), but the wines are interesting. The service was impeccable, efficient, and discreet! For lunch, we greatly appreciated the presentation, the temperature, and the quality of the food. The foie gras was perfectly cooked and very well accompanied, in particular. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

What a delightful discovery this restaurant is! Le Sabot Rouge offers refined and flavorful regional cuisine (the foie gras is exceptional).
The menu is just the right size, making the choice easy.
A triumph!
As for the service, it was simply perfect.
Attentive yet discreet, we were delighted by the professionalism.
Our only regret: not having a big enough stomach to try everything on the menu in one sitting.
Therefore, we will have to come back.
