The room manager recommends exceptional wines. We trusted him throughout the meal, very well done...... Food and wine pairing made flawlessly...... In short, we felt the love and passion for the profession on our plates, a quality gourmet pleasure. Thank you Chef and hats off we will come back without hesitation. Warm welcome with humor, received as if we were friends, the menu is modest, which gives mastery of the dishes. We had a local beer that I recommend! A nugget with a final taste of mango or banana. Very very good beer! Then we had a classic dish (piece of local beef) but noble in perfection, respected cooking, delicious meat, magnificent accompaniment of Jerusalem artichoke puree, I don't like topi... Well now I can't say that anymore. was a delight! With a little home fries, they were wonderful and a very well-balanced pepper sauce. The presentation is pleasant. It was a burst of flavor for our palate. A very pleasant moment, a surprise that awaits to amaze us on our next visit! The team is very friendly, non-invasive which I particularly appreciate. Very fast ! We waited not even 10 minutes to be served and were not alone in the restaurant. Thank you for this escape, I highly recommend this address. We came for the first time on February 14 for the Special Valentine's Day menu. And the discovery was good! What a pleasure we had to taste such good dishes. The menus are developed based on local availability and supplies, so the products are fresh and local, a real plus. Beef fillet with death trumpets, morels and sauce, heart of sturgeon fillet, gurnard fillet, scallop bisque, accompanied by their excellent vegetables! A treat, perfect mastery of cooking, my compliments to the chef! And I'm not talking about dessert, unfortunately I wasn't able to taste the coconut passion because I had to make a choice, but the deconstructed lemon tart was a delight. Little extra for the local herbal tea that I highly recommend to help digest all the good things 😉 PS: The background music arrived a little late, but once there, it only made the atmosphere warmer!

Very good, local products, pleasant waiters, beautiful terrace, the only downside is the quantity of dishes is quite low even if the quality is there.
