Traditional cuisine, appreciable service thanks to the waitress who knew how to raise the level with her good humor unlike the cook who was also serving but who deliberately threw the dirty cutlery on the table after our entry (having gathered the plates beforehand to advance them to clear), difficult to understand even if there were people in the room, therefore difficult to manage with two staff.
The salad dressing could have been enhanced with a drizzle of balsamic cream or fried onions to vary from the classic vinaigrette.
This is still correct in terms of value for money. I recommend the address.
