Au risque de tout gâcher pour sa clientèle d’habitués - il est ouvert à l’année - je DOIS, par honnête et surtout parce qu’il le mérite bien, écrire que ce restaurant est mon GRAND favori toutes classes confondues dans un rayon de 30 km au moins. Le menu est old fashioned - très - et la décoration tellement kitsch qu’elle pourrait - presque - être cool mais la qualité de la cuisine est tout simplement FORMIDABLE: brochette de coquilles saint Jacques au safran, rôti de bar au beurre blanc, matelote de poissons, tartare de saumon aux légumes de la mer … Tout est bon ici, et le service remarquable. Attention les râleurs: vous n’aurez ni vue, ni wifi / couverture cellulaire minimum, et c’est tant mieux; vous êtes ici pour vous régaler, et jouir de la compagnie…

Great restaurant. Excellent products, quality and quantity, nothing to complain about, we were stuffed for a more than reasonable price. Pleasant welcome and rustic decor. We will come back.

So there! I wasn't expecting anything but I wasn't disappointed!
The previous reviews said so on the surface but it's a real trip back in time! A time when the table already has a little lump of butter just waiting for you.
All the restaurant will remind you...
.. If you are Breton: the fond memory of the atmosphere at your traditional grandmother's house after she prepared "a little something" which will remain in your memory as the paroxysm of culinary art.
.. If you're from anywhere else: your best from the bistro at a time when the chef was trying to make dishes he really liked.
And yet I'm not a fan of tradition in general!
Oysters are tasty and make a perfect starter.
The grilled sea bass fillet with white butter was simply perfect and will remain as one of my best fish eaten in Brittany.
The room is small and yet does not overwhelm us with the ambient cacophony. Surely thanks to the big half-closed curtain or the paneled walls? On the verge of asking for a table on the smoking side when you return.
I loved my “experience” at the Relais de Lodonnec and will undoubtedly talk about it to those around me.

We had a great time this afternoon, family meal with my parents. Even though we only live 25 minutes away, a great discovery, pleasant service and quality cuisine, fresh products and a short circuit. We will come back with pleasure, thank you again for this pleasant moment.

Repas authentique dans un endroit bien sympathique. 3 menus proposés difficile d'en choisir un . Nous reviendrons. C'était tellement bon.
