Too bad the place is superb, the meal was very good, consistent with all the photos posted upstream in the other reviews. However, we didn't find the team very friendly at all, especially one, we were there to have a good time, we rather had the impression of being disruptive at the slightest request or question. Damage.

A romantic meal shared with my partner for our wedding anniversary. Refined dishes, a varied choice, attentive staff, an original setting on the edge of Vesle and the garden. Thank you, perfect as usual.

This old inn has been nicely updated with a very pleasant shaded patio at the back looking onto a garden and trees. Although the inevitable 'chef's surprise menu' is availbale, this very grown-up place features a short but very adequate a la carte menu of French classics served to an appreciative audience of locals and travellers alike. The pleasant and well trained staff keep things moving: we started with a delicious pate de foie gras and a very competent beef tartare, both generous portions. We then moved on to the fricasee of sweetbreads and kidneys; large plates of perfectly super offal cooked just right. Already we were feeling full so we skipped the intended cheese course and shared a sweet souffle for dessert. Paired with a good Chinon cabernet franc, it doesn't get much better than that for a summer evening. Bravo!

Very good escape from Paris, location is great inside a forest and also the food quality. Service is a bit slow but if you just want to relax and have no rush it is a very good options.

What a great discovery!! A lovely setting both inside and out! Very friendly staff. And what can we say about Chef Vazart’s cuisine! Our taste buds delighted in each dish. I recommend.

A quelques kilomètres de Reims, un restaurant qu il faut découvrir. Un cuisine de très grande qualité, un service irréprochable et tous cela avec le sourire. Une carte des vins ou tous le monde y trouve son bonheur à des prix raisonnable. Nous y étions venue en janvier et étions pleinement satisfait et y retournons la semaine prochaine pour un repas de famille. Nous n avons qu un conseil, venez les rencontrer. Vous passerez un merveilleux moment. E et L
