A delightful surprise on this beautiful day for Grandmothers' Day. The cuisine was hearty yet refined, with innovative flavors. The waitress was efficient and pleasant, and the dining room, with its warmly decorated stone walls, was a truly lovely culinary experience on the Planèze plateau.
Superb Sunday menu. Two choices for starter, main course, and dessert, with either seafood or meat. Excellent ingredients, not low-quality, and of course, fresh. The chef prepares them wonderfully and even plates them beautifully. Exceptional value for money, with a limited but excellent and inexpensive wine selection. Discreet and efficient service, and very pleasant interactions with the chef and his partner when paying. Of course, you need to book, as the dining room is small but pleasant, and the couple works alone. In short, for me, one of the best restaurants in Cantal, with its modest prices and extraordinary cuisine worthy of the so-called "grands maisons."
