As soon as you walk through the door, smiles and good cheer are the order of the day, and you already know you're in for a great time 👍 Once seated, the chef, who works exclusively with fresh, seasonal ingredients, takes over, creating a comforting meal that's always perfectly balanced in flavor 👍 A family-run restaurant that you absolutely must discover if you're ever in Lézignan 😉 I highly recommend it 😉

What a happy coincidence! Returning from the south, we were supposed to have lunch in Carcassonne... but we hadn't counted on the traffic jams... so we decided to stop at Brasserie Cap... completely by chance... but what a wonderful coincidence! First of all, we received a very warm welcome. The smiles of the two young ladies, the few words exchanged, the kindness shown to our son... all these little touches made us want to remember the address and try to return when we're in the area again (we're from Belgium). We also appreciated that the menu was set (changing daily), a guarantee of quality and freshness. And of course, that it was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed: - Duck breast salad - Hanger steak with pepper sauce, fries, and salad - Profiteroles. We've never been so happy to have been "stuck" in traffic...

I had lunch with a client at this establishment, and the welcome was friendly despite it being quite busy. The service was quick and courteous. The home-style cooking was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant. A large parking lot opposite the establishment makes parking easy.
