We received a very warm welcome, the staff were incredibly attentive, the food was excellent, the location was superb, and the dining room was beautiful. I highly recommend this place; we had a wonderful time.

We had a very pleasant time as a couple. However, I remain rather dubious about the entire menu (Glycine). It was good overall, but nothing extraordinary for a Michelin-starred restaurant. You can see the effort involved, that's not the issue, but there was no magic. In conclusion, beware of the salt... everything was extremely salty.

Loyal to this establishment, we were disappointed as we didn't find the pleasures and flavors that have always delighted us. The service lacked empathy. In our humble opinion, beware. A star can be lost very quickly.

The setting is very pleasant and the cuisine is refined and delicious. Three delightful "frivolities" before starting the main courses. The food was top-notch, then. The welcome and service were first-class. Truly nothing to criticize, 5/5. A rare treat. Many thanks. That said, we would have appreciated meeting the chef, Sébastien Sanjou. Perhaps next time?
