Fantastic: a warm welcome, attentive service, and exquisite, delicate dishes. A true delight for the taste buds! We especially applaud the incredibly delicious lemon-olive sorbet, and what can we say about the absolutely fabulous dessert, also perfect for concluding and enhancing a superb meal (pink grapefruit from Hyères, sorbet, and divine olive oil). All the dishes are flavorful, delicious, and refined. Go without hesitation! A wonderful discovery!

A renaissance of the palate! This is the restaurant you need to know in our beautiful Var region to discover the true meaning of the word "taste." On your plate, you'll find authentic flavors, subtle pairings of delicate aromas, and sublime combinations that will delight even the most discerning palates. Here, things are simple, striving for efficiency through attentive and precise service, combined with nothing less than perfection. Here, the work in the kitchen is done with passion, solely to ensure your complete satisfaction: perfectly cooked fish and meat, excellent jus, broths, and sauces, revealing and binding together dishes with captivating flavors. Le Relais des Moines offers menus with Provençal flair, refined and at reasonable prices. A delightful surprise! The 5- or 6-course menus are extended to prolong the pleasure, featuring three amuse-bouches, a starter that doubles in size, an unexpected pre-dessert, and a second dessert that lingers just for your enjoyment! Here, there are only pleasant surprises! At the end of the meal, there's no penalty shootout; the customer wins every time and at every cost! I highly recommend this charming journey to the bliss of enchanted taste buds. Everything is delicate and delicious. However, I would mention dishes that shook me with their boldness, such as the lentil velouté, the tenderly seared milk-fed lamb chops, the morel stuffed with perfectly cooked farm poultry, the fennel ice cream, the lemon ice cream mixed with mature olive oil, or the basil sorbet – bold ideas that give the dishes a different dimension, surprising but so pleasant.

I was really disappointed with this experience. Given the price, we expected much better. The service was not worthy of a restaurant of this reputation. We had to ask for water, bread, and even sugar with our coffee... The setting is very unique and welcoming. The meal was very good. Unfortunately, we live in Arc-lès-Lyon, but we won't be returning to this restaurant, which I had always dreamed of visiting.

How can one not appreciate the refined taste of these food lovers? Each visit fills me with indescribable joy and emotion; their pursuit of quality and fulfillment is palpable in every bite. Years go by, and the quality remains, always improving. Once again, my sincere congratulations and thank you!

An inventive lunch at a very affordable price. It certainly deserves two Michelin stars compared to other establishments in the area.

The food here is incredibly good! Modern dishes are skilfully cooked with respect for tradition, and most ingredients are locally sourced. The menu du jour is excellent value for money.
