Friendly staff and excellent food.

What a culinary experience! We just had dinner at Le Relais des Moines. Great service, friendly and efficient, and all the dishes were excellent. A big thank you to the owners, who are also very nice people. I feel it's important to post this because we had a culinary disaster last night at Le Local in Dole. I wrote the owner there some constructive criticism and received a prompt reply. He actually claimed that his burgers were French cuisine and that the old cow he sells as côte du boeuf is always full of bones and tendons. That's normal, he said. He also defended his incompetent kitchen staff—instead of offering them a meat preparation course. That's understandable, but not forward-thinking. He should be ashamed of himself and try eating here in Villersexel. There he can see what culinary art really means. I gladly give Le Relais 5 stars, and I'd like to retroactively remove the one star for Le Local in Dole. Unfortunately, that's not possible 😨 As a statistical study says: a happy guest returns, while an unhappy one will statistically spread their dissatisfaction to nine other people. This is called the avalanche of dissatisfaction – so avoid Dole and go to Villersexel for your meal 😋

I recommend this establishment 100%! The welcome is simply perfect. The owners are incredibly kind, very welcoming, and always attentive. You immediately feel at ease and valued. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's a real pleasure to come here. Thank you for your professionalism and warm welcome. I will definitely be back!

This restaurant is worth the trip. It has private parking, which is very convenient since the restaurant is in the city center. The welcome is perfect, with smiling and friendly staff. We were just passing through and only stopped for a bite to eat. We had a great meal with a €22 set menu; the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. You can definitely stop by; I recommend it.
