A wonderful setting, bold and excellent cuisine that perfectly blends taste and beautiful presentation. A true delight. This establishment shouldn't exist, it's so wonderful, or perhaps, as one waitress told me, it should be covered by health insurance.

A magnificent lunch this Saturday afternoon.
From the appetizers to the petits fours, it's a feast of delicacies. The plates are magnificent. We appreciated the quality, the freshness of the dishes, and the originality. Two options: starters, main courses, and desserts. Bravo to the chef, who knows how to cook with brilliance and subtlety. For when you deserve a star, with superb service.

A very good restaurant on the Île d'Oléron, nestled amidst a beautiful landscape of salt marshes. The setting is lovely, the cuisine is refined and full of flavor, using local produce, and the service is very professional and welcoming. We returned to try the lobster menu, which was excellent and creative! I highly recommend it.
