You are now installed in an old oyster cabin on the edge of the salt marshes. A typical and timeless place. I recommend the signature dishes (hot oysters, confit octopus, lemon tart) the recipes hit the mark! The service is flawless. The addiction is in line with the table and the products.

Surprise très agréable. Cuisine très sympathique et recherchée. Pastèque en tataki petit pois et crabe très original. Poulpe confit délicieux, rhubarbe macaron verveine une tuerie.
