I confirm and even more my appreciation from 2018. Superbly refined cuisine, succulent dishes, impeccable and very pleasant service. In short, this restaurant is a positive delight for the taste buds.

A wonderful setting, bold, excellent cuisine combining flavor and beauty. A true treat. This establishment shouldn't exist because it's so wonderful, or at least, as a waitress told me, reimbursed by social security.

Even though this restaurant's reputation seems already established, I still want to contribute, particularly by indirectly responding to the three comments left by people at the same table who, for some unknown reason, wanted to not-so-subtly denigrate the quality of this restaurant.
"Impossible to finish our plate," they said...
So future customers, rest assured, you'll easily be able to finish your plates simply because the ingredients and flavors are there.
We thoroughly enjoyed the starter, main course, and dessert!
The wine list is comprehensive without being overpriced.
We will happily recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through the area!

The Relais des Salines is a special place that combines high-quality gastronomy with a simple and friendly welcome. You'll be in a comfortable cabin and can choose from a fabulous lobster menu featuring lobster in all its forms, from claws to tail. The wine list is also well-regarded, featuring geographically diverse appellations and select producers.
