03/05/2026: A wonderful experience at this restaurant, situated in an unusual setting where nature deliberately takes center stage.
The chef shared his extensive experience with us through his dishes. I take my hat off to him for the slow-cooked sea bass with thinly sliced artichokes: a truly signature dish. The other dishes were all executed with exquisite precision in seasoning and cooking, where the ingredients are clearly at the heart of the chef's vision.
If you are a wine lover, the Charentais wine is featured prominently and complemented our meal beautifully.

05/03/2026: The burgers were decent enough... It was a pleasant enough experience, but nothing more. It's as if we weren't expecting to be disappointed or surprised. Completely unremarkable, with a lukewarm welcome and service from the owners.
Make up your own mind. No further comment.
01/02/2026: A must-visit spot, with legendary burgers that make stopping at fast-food chains like the ones everywhere seem impossible afterward.
I hope La Fabrique never changes; it's a real pleasure to stop there!

14/09/2024: Everything is good, the flank steak was good, the mussels, excellent cheese sauce, and the pizza was excellent.
04/09/2024: Perfect ! I recommend! We come every time we are in Grand Village. The pizzas are great. The staff is very friendly! We will be back soon.

03/08/2024: On vient depuis des années parce que c'est toujours très bon.
On adore les huîtres chaudes et les acras, les poissons, le moelleux au chocolat et les énormes profiteroles.
31/07/2024: Juste un vrai plaisir de venir et revenir à cette excellente table !
Tant dans nos assiettes qu'au niveau du service ! Et Mme la Patronne est au top!
