A wonderful experience at this restaurant, situated in an unusual setting where nature deliberately takes center stage.
The chef shared his extensive experience with us through his dishes. I take my hat off to him for the slow-cooked sea bass with thinly sliced artichokes: a truly signature dish. The other dishes were all executed with exquisite precision in seasoning and cooking, where the ingredients are clearly at the heart of the chef's vision.
If you are a wine lover, the Charentais wine is featured prominently and complemented our meal beautifully.

Hidden away in a hut in the salt marsh is an excellent gourmet restaurant with a warm atmosphere. The warm oysters with leek fondue are a delight for starters! The fish (hake) is very well prepared, and the owner's lemon tart is a crowd-pleaser!

A wonderful setting, bold and excellent cuisine that perfectly blends taste and beautiful presentation. A true delight. This establishment shouldn't exist, it's so wonderful, or perhaps, as one waitress told me, it should be covered by health insurance.
