Le Relais Des Volcans sur Saint-Paul-De-Salers

My cousin Yves, a local from Saint-Paul-de-Salers, invited me to dinner at this restaurant, which I hadn't heard of. What a mistake! Although I regularly visit the area, I'd never stopped there. We had a wonderful evening. A warm welcome, a menu well-suited to both local and tourist clientele, and very reasonable prices. High-quality products and very well-prepared food. I highly recommend this restaurant.
