24/08/2024: The owner seems so kind and fragile that I played the hypocrite and told her everything was fine. But she has no cooking training. I felt sorry for Etchebest for 45 minutes when he arrives in this kind of restaurant. The only company I had was the numerous midges. Hygiene-wise, it's not as catastrophic as you might think from reading the reviews, but it's so old and damp. The kitchen was more or less tidy. Regarding the kitchen, they use Simply brand products. As indicated, the eggs are fresh; you can check the date; the box of 20 is on the counter. Savory crepe, the smoked ham, and the egg were cooked too long in the crepe, but it's still decent. They ask me if I want salad because they only make salad on request because customers don't eat it. Obviously, it's ocean lettuce without dressing! You'd expect a bit of mesclun with a walnut oil vinaigrette. Salted butter caramel crepe. It's a caramel for decoration that hardens in 2 minutes. Luckily, I understood and immediately cut my crepe into small pieces. She asks me if it wasn't too hard because she usually uses liquid cream, but it's out of stock! Like there's no supermarket nearby where she can buy a small pot of liquid cream. In short, when you don't have the skills, even with a smile, it can't work.
20/07/2024: Je vais être le plus impartial possible . Mon avis et il ne tient qu'à moi, et reste pour améliorer ce restaurant et non un avis de haine ou de mépris.
Les bons points
- La qualité des crepes était la même s'il y a quelques réflexions à ce faire (la salade par exemple en accompagnement)
- La patronne accueillante ,gentille ,serviable .
Et malheureusement c'est tout .
Le reste est un peut comme tous les autres avis (hygiène a revoir).
Il faudrait revoir toute la déco( bon il y en a pas!! ) la peinture a revoir totalement m et y mettre de quoi accueillir correctement les clients, la vaisselle reste loin d'une vaisselle de restauration ,là on a juste l'impression d'être chez tantine et ce n'est pas ce que je souhaite quand je vais au restaurant . Il faudrait un coup de neuf aussi dans la cuisine qui est apparente,on ne peut laisser voir ça aux clients .et dernier point la tarification qui reste incompréhensible et je me base sur la concurrence autour dans les autres villes adjacentes. Je le rappel mon avis n'est aucunement dans l'idée d'enfoncer ce restaurant au contraire le potentiel est la ,juste faut y mettre les formes
