We had a wonderful time at this restaurant.
From the amuse-bouche to dessert, including the wine and bread, everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly executed.
A big thank you to Caro, our server, for her warm welcome, kindness, and attentiveness throughout the meal.

We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek this evening of the Christmas menu that will be served on the 24th and 25th. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. Absolutely flawless, everything was delicious, the portions were generous, and the food was delicious and plentiful.
The Christmas decorations were also beautiful, and the waitress was as friendly as ever. Well done and thank you!

A real gem at Relais du Coche in Eyguières. An authentic establishment where you can feel the respect for the local area and the quality of the ingredients. The welcome is warm, the service attentive without being intrusive. The dishes are generous, homemade, and perfectly cooked. Special mention goes to the tender and flavorful meats, and the indulgent yet not overly sweet desserts. Excellent value for money in a friendly atmosphere. A wonderful stop in Provence that I highly recommend!

A true gem! This restaurant, housed in a former 18th-century coaching inn, exudes a romantic, rustic charm. The old horse stalls have been transformed into dining tables, creating an intimate and unique atmosphere.
The cuisine is refined, showcasing seasonal, local produce. Among the dishes we sampled were the slow-cooked halibut, the Hereford flank steak with Malabar pepper, and the chocolate religieuse for dessert. Each plate is an explosion of flavors, beautifully presented.
The service is impeccable, with an attentive and professional team. The terrace, shaded by a century-old plane tree, is a true haven of peace on sunny days. A must-visit for lovers of Provençal cuisine.

It was very good, the setting is beautiful, and the waitress very pleasant and professional.
Quality product, but I removed a star just because I expected more compared to the price of the various menus. As for us, we had a box equivalent to a menu for around €45 per person (which was offered to us), and it was a very pleasant experience.
