A truly wonderful culinary and wine discovery of the region. The chef offers a beautiful array of fresh, regional products, prepared with passion. We took advantage of an online offer: buy one meal (€55), get one free. We went with a couple of friends.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was adequate, and the food was good. With the offer, it was great, but if I had had to pay for each meal individually, the experience wouldn't have been up to par. At €55 a meal, I expect a higher standard of service and cuisine: my piece of beef was overcooked. There were paper napkins, and the waitress had a manicure that needed fixing and a stain on her dress. Details matter when you aim for a certain level of quality; there's still work to be done.

The setting is truly lovely, especially if you're lucky enough to dine on the terrace. The quality of the ingredients is undeniable, and the portions are generous. It's homemade food that makes you want to eat it.
The not-so-good:
Sometimes there are a few too many items on the same plate, which tends to muddle the flavors and obscure the main taste of each dish. Furthermore, the service was particularly slow; the restaurant struggled to manage the crowd that evening.
Conclusion:
Despite this poorly managed rush, we had a good time. It's not exactly close to home, but we'll gladly return to confirm this positive first impression!
