A wonderful, authentic, and genuine experience. The staff is friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The food is also excellent, especially the daily specials. Honestly, it's fantastic! It's so refreshing to see that places like this still exist. A superb spot! Be sure to book ahead, as it's clearly very popular.

Nice and not too expensive. With a single set menu: starter, main course, cheese, and dessert.

Exactly what we were hoping for! Very good, hearty, and fuss-free! I recommend the calf's head and the curried mussels! The self-service cheese platter was perfect! Thank you!!
