Each dish was a true explosion of flavors, showcasing fresh, quality ingredients. Chef Johanne knew how to subtly combine textures and tastes, I really enjoyed it. And I'm not talking about Arthur's deserts, his Strawberry and Genepi ice cream is a pure masterpiece, not to mention his superb Rum Baba that my wife chose. In addition, the service was impeccable.
