We've known St Hubert for a very long time and I can say that I've never been disappointed; it must continue!

The roasted pineapple was tiny. And the vegetable side dish was practically nonexistent: just two small potatoes!

We booked the All-Chocolate Meal almost at the last minute, having learned about it through the Terres de Berlioz newsletter. All the staff at both Maison Jouvenal and Relais St-Hubert were welcoming, warm, and delighted to share their creations and their world with us. This was especially true thanks to the tour of the Relais kitchens and the Jouvenal Gazette, which presented the menu, the team, and some past and upcoming projects. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end, thanks in part to the suggested wine pairings. Some of the combinations were rather unexpected but worked beautifully, thanks to a perfectly balanced cocoa-to-sugar ratio in each dish. The welcome cocktail, available with or without alcohol, was also an excellent idea. As for the entertainment by Cirk Puces at the end, it was the perfect way to finish the visit with an even bigger smile than after the meal. Thank you all for this fabulous and daring experience, which we definitely plan to repeat, even if it only happens every four years. We're truly delighted to have made this discovery!
