I had the pleasure of returning to this restaurant recently, and the experience lived up to my expectations. The meal was excellent, meticulously prepared, with true skill and great sensitivity in the dishes. But beyond the food, it's also a wonderful story: that of a young man from the village who worked diligently and determinedly in prestigious establishments to reach where he is today. Seeing him take over with such talent and commitment is truly gratifying. Well done, Paul-Antoine.

The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were very original and a welcome change from the usual fare. Refined cuisine, bursting with flavor, and exceptional flavor combinations. A delight on every plate! Hats off to the chef. It's rare to find such professionalism. Fast and friendly service.
