Lovely rooms and food, some of the staff could be a bit more friendly.

The rooms are modern and functionally furnished, with soundproof windows, which are definitely necessary when facing the street. Breakfast is also suitable for vegans, although the selection of cheese and meat options is predominantly vegan.

The rooms were neat. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The breakfast was good and extensive. However, the dinner was poor. The food was lukewarm at best, and the vegetables were far too overcooked.

A 3-night family stay in a small hotel that met our criteria for location and price. The welcome was very pleasant, the staff were smiling, and the rooms were well laid out, at least ours was, which was a room for three on the ground floor. The view was of the road (so the curtains were often closed), but it wasn't too noisy. The bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable. A minor drawback was the shower: a fixed shower screen left only a narrow passage to enter, and the shower tray was very slippery. There was the option to eat, have an aperitif on site, and also a very decent breakfast for €14. There was no free parking, but two small paid parking lots costing €10 each, and with only about fifty spaces for approximately 110 rooms, they weren't always available. A nice bonus was the pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Public transport access was right across the street. Back at the Campanile for a family visit in May 2026. The welcome was still pleasant, however, I found the bedding much less comfortable (very soft mattress), the sinks in the bathrooms didn't drain properly (you had to lift the plug), the shower enclosure was still very cramped, and above all, the breakfast, which became less and less plentiful as our stay progressed (no more eggs, fresh milk, pastries, specialty breads, or orange juice). We wanted to have an aperitif on Saturday evening with some snacks, and to our surprise, there was no food service; the charcuterie board that was advertised wasn't available. It's a shame because instead of improving, this hotel is regressing, despite the staff's friendliness.

A very warm welcome. Dogs are welcome, which is a nice touch. The rooms are clean and the bedding is high quality. Good value for money.

We were a couple staying at the hotel and were given a room on the third floor. The room was freezing from the start; we couldn't get the heating to work. You'd set it to 26 degrees, for example, and after two minutes it would automatically drop back to 21. We tried calling reception, but we didn't know the number on the phone, and there wasn't a phone book either. There were only two towels in the bathroom, and according to some other guests, they didn't have any more.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stays here. The rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable. The restaurant offers excellent food and generous portions thanks to the all-you-can-eat buffet. The location is fantastic, close to a public transport line. You can quickly reach the city center and the ring road. Finding a parking space in the underground garage can sometimes be difficult. I'm deducting one star because I find it very GDPR-compliant to ask for credit card numbers as a security deposit for the room; it bothers me every time.
