A lovely Sunday evening dinner. A family atmosphere, fresh seafood, simple but delicious! Whether it was the mussels and fries, the generous mixed grill, the shellfish platter, or the tuna tartare, we'll definitely be back because everything looked so tempting. A must-try in Salon! 😀

No complaints about the fish or mussels, although the portions were smaller than before. However, the desserts, highly recommended by the waiter and supposedly excellent, were bland and inedible (Nutella tiramisu and Nutella brioche). The ice cream, on the other hand, was good. Finally, we had to chase after three waiters and the bartender to finally get the bill.

Bought 3 kg of oysters from the Thau lagoon today at the shellfish stand, open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Very pleasant welcome, very reasonable price for the quality (not a single oyster was thrown away out of 3 kg). We will definitely be back! 👍

The mussels were served in large quantities, but very poorly cleaned, if at all. I would prefer to pay a little more for better quality.

Having seen these posters in Salon, we were tempted... That same evening, we tried it... A wonderful discovery! Superb welcome, our first parriada was served in huge portions!!! A little show in itself... Quality, freshness, A gargantuan portion... It was perfect... Quality/price/service... 10/10 We'll be back very soon!

07/06/2026: A hidden gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Having come to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, we were enchanted by Domaine de Roquerousse. Don't let the initial impression of the power station on the approach put you off: once you arrive, the setting is a verdant haven, absolutely idyllic. The meal was excellent from start to finish, and the welcome and service were perfect. A huge thank you for this peaceful and very pleasant experience, as well as for the conversation at the end of the meal, which has made us eager to return and try the plancha and music evenings on your magnificent terrace!

Brasserie Le Longchamp

30/07/2026: Very nice, we were a party of eight on the terrace. The service was quite quick and very pleasant, and the terrace was full. The dishes were good and generous.
30/07/2026: A very warm welcome, breakfast for €5 (hot drink, half a fresh baguette, butter and jam, and fruit juice) was delicious and incredible value! At lunchtime, the tripe and trotters were delicious, and the homemade fritto misto was perfect! There was a great selection of iced tea (the lychee one is wonderful!). Some dishes were missing from the menu, which means they work with fresh produce, and that's a real plus!
