The hotel is very well located. It has a lot of charm, with a balcony overlooking the salt flats. The owner's warm welcome, helpfulness, and kindness are particularly noteworthy.

Facing the large saltworks, in the city center, and peaceful for rooms facing away from the road. The reception staff are attentive and very friendly.

Disappointed despite the pleasant setting. The starter lacked freshness, the main course was decent but the garnish was too light and lacked any starch. As for the dessert, the portions were really small. With the wines and coffees, the bill quickly adds up for a rather average lunch overall. It's a shame, because the place is nice. These days, eating out represents a significant expense, and one expects a bit more.

We had dinner there tonight as a group of five. The service was excellent, and we all enjoyed a delicious meal at a very reasonable price. A special thank you to our waitress, Taylor, for her kindness and smile. We'll definitely be back.

Very good hotel. That said, not all rooms have been renovated yet. Excellent service, very friendly staff. We will return.

Excellent food in a pleasant setting

Unfortunately, we booked the cheapest room. It was quite small for two people. Another room would have been more suitable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful; no complaints there. The location is good; there's an excellent bakery just around the corner.

The hotel is ideally located and the welcome is warm. The rooms are modern and quite spacious. I recommend it!

A warm welcome and a thoughtful touch, including complimentary coffee and croissants even though I hadn't opted for the breakfast package – very friendly.
