Le Restaurant du Chateau sur Saint-Sernin-Du-Bois

A very nice discovery! During a stay in Burgundy we had dinner in this restaurant. The welcome is friendly, the setting warm and the service impeccable. We chose the “la peach” menu: the dishes are original and high quality, the cuisine is excellent. After this beautiful evening we will not fail to return there during our next stay.

3 visits, the first 2 were very pleasant with quality service and prices to match. Unfortunately the last one was rather disappointing. Lots of waiting for dishes which were a little disappointing this time, and rising prices. We didn't have a good time, more than 3 hours at the table for cocktail / main course / dessert, I left tired.

Very warm welcome, magnificent view of the pond. Excellent and surprising dishes in terms of flavors and choice of ingredients. The cheese selection is a pleasure for any lover and offers a wide variety of regional cheeses with little surprises. The pairing of wines and dishes is excellent and sometimes original.

Very pleasant restaurant, located on the edge of the pond in an old priory. The building is magnificent, tastefully renovated whilst retaining the spirit of the building. The chef's cuisine is delicious, sought after with quality products. The service is very pleasant and fast and a waiter who knows his trade in both wine and cheese. This product is also well featured with a superb workbench filled with it.

Very nice table in a pleasant and very well renovated setting. The cuisine is inventive and precise, the cheese platter is magnificent, the original wines in a perfect wine pairing and very well chosen by the very knowledgeable sommelier. We had a great birthday evening and we will be back! Thanks again.

Soirée exceptionnel ! Franchement j'en ai fait des adresses, nous avons été très étonné du peu de monde. Tout de même c'était égoïstement très agréable, le serveur/sommelier/bibliothèque embulante à une culture juste incroyable ! Il connait absolument tout de ce qui est dans l'assiette, de comment c'est fait, d'où ça vient, du prénom du fils de la fromagère à 200km à la ronde ! Soirée exceptionnel dans un cadre superbe ! Merci infiniment pour ce moment hors du temps !

Un enchantement à tous les plats. Présentation, mélange des saveurs, cuisson, tout est parfait. Un accueil et un service impeccables assurés par la responsable et un jeune apprenti soucieux de bien faire (merci Issa). C'est vraiment une excellente adresse !
