The food and service were excellent, and there's a toboggan run right next to the restaurant.

Great spot after skiing! Ideally located right off the slopes, we came twice after our day on the slopes and it was absolutely perfect. Yesterday, the waiter was very friendly and took our order on the terrace even though it was cold and no one else was outside: really great and much appreciated. Today, we did the same again, but my daughter quickly got too cold. I asked if we could go inside and despite the crowd (almost all the tables were taken), the very kind bartender/waiter asked a couple if they could move to give us a large table. A big thank you also to the customers who agreed to move. In the end: beers, hot chocolates, waffles… and even a second round 😄 Top-notch service, friendly staff, and on top of that, the hot chocolates are excellent and the waffles very generous. We'll definitely be back!

Ideal hotel for skiing: the slopes are just 50 meters below, perfect location! The staff is very friendly, the whole family is lovely, with a special mention for Christophe who really knows how to create a great atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, bright, and very clean. I highly recommend it!

Stopped for lunch. I cannot praise the restaurant enough. The food was absolutely delicious the chef truly is an artist. The service was equally superb friendly and efficient. I am very happy to recommend and will revisit next time we are I La Clusaz.

We had a wonderful time at this family-run hotel. The staff were fantastic. We had a half-board package, and the meal was perfect as well. I highly recommend it.

We have been coming to Les Sapins at Col de la Croix-Fry for over 10 years. It is always a real pleasure to meet up with the Pessey family and enjoy Emmanuel's wonderful cuisine at an unbeatable price.

After a few days' half-board stay, we were able to take advantage of the hotel's ideal location for skiing and hiking. The varied and beautifully prepared meals satisfied the whole family (adult and two children). There's still a wonderful family atmosphere at this hotel! The staff is fantastic, from morning till night. A special shout-out to Raphaël, who you can ask for the "special birthday outfit" he'll be happy to show off! Thank you all, we'll be back...maybe even in the summer...why not?

We spent one night at the hotel. A relaxed, family atmosphere. The warm welcome was much appreciated! The rooms are superb. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. The spa area with its pool and sauna was most enjoyable! The evening meal was excellent and refined. A very generous cheese platter! Excellent dessert. The breakfast was plentiful and varied! We had a wonderful Savoyard evening! The food was a hit with everyone (there were 14 of us!) and the entertainment was very tasteful. Well done to the whole team!
