A regular at the Quimper store, I'm very disappointed with my experience today at the Auray store. I arrived with my father to order 4kg of whole bean coffee. We wanted 250g bags because it's more convenient for us. The saleswoman refused to serve us 250g bags and told us that we needed to notify us in advance for this type of request because it's busy at the moment (false, the store was almost empty; there was no one waiting). It seemed to bother her to have to make eight 250g bags of coffee. So we decided to only order 2kg in 500g bags. My father regularly buys 4kg of coffee in 250g bags from this store, and this usually doesn't pose a problem with other sellers.
