A very good restaurant. The waitress, who is also the owner, is very kind and attentive. The menu is varied, and the bull meat is local and very good. The covered and heated terrace is lovely during this winter period and is very well decorated; it's a very pleasant place to be. The owner, who works alone in the kitchen, manages the orders very well, and all our dishes were very good and generous. The only negative point was the "Coupe Liégeois," which contained no coffee but only scoops of ice cream; it was more of an ice cream sundae than a true Liège coffee. We had a really good time with the owner and chatted about local traditions. I recommend making a reservation. We will be back, The Alsatians 🥨
