Arriving late, around 1:30 pm, from La Tremblade on the "Seagull Train," we received a very warm welcome at the Le Ribérou restaurant. A lovely, delicious homemade meal and a very friendly welcome in the heart of a beautiful little village. I highly recommend it.

Warm welcome. Good quality cuisine. Excellent pea gazpacho and tataki. Red mullet fillets and baby squid were equally good. Superb gourmet coffee. Friendly and relaxed service.

A small restaurant ideally located along the Seudre river, with reasonable prices, a lovely shaded terrace, and friendly, welcoming staff, it's on our list of restaurants to return to.

Le Chalet des Saveurs

18/08/2026: A fantastic find! We ate at this restaurant which offers kebabs, pizzas, tacos, and more. It was truly excellent. The kebab meat was superb, bursting with flavor—nothing like the spit-roasted kebabs you find everywhere. The pizzas were generous. The welcome and service were very pleasant. The prices are reasonable. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to offer a different sauce for the burgers.
30/06/2026: Great place to eat and have fun with the family! With a very large children's play area. And air conditioning! Top-notch
