We ate very well, for a reasonable price. You can tell it's homemade and there's a real chef in the kitchen. The change is obvious, and I'm rediscovering the Ribouldingue of the 2010s.

I hesitated to give them just 3 stars but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The service was simply terrible. I've rarely waited so long for orders to be taken and for the various dishes to arrive. On the other hand, in contrast to the service, everything was really, really good. So I have mixed feelings because it was so good that I want to go back but if it's to have this level of service, I'm not sure I'd be interested.

A a good restaurant in the centre of Blagnac. Lots of outdoor seats which are very pleasant. They were renovating the restaurant when visited (September 2025) and the menu was slightly limited but it was still an enjoyable meal.

To the residents of Toulouse and tourists: We came for lunch today at Ribouldingue in Blagnac, following the recent change of ownership and the brand new team, especially in the kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal (succulent and tender 200-gram sirloin steak, real homemade fries with a small salad). The lunch menu is very low at €15.90, with a starter, main course or main course, and dessert. Come and discover this great restaurant with its new decor. Thanks to the Team (who you can find at the "La nautique" guinguette in Grenade) for a great time on the very comfortable terrace, as well as inside, as shown in the attached images. 27/11/2025: Very pleasant, although not very big. Good atmosphere, and good, simple and tasty food: homemade, "just like at home".
26/10/2025: Quite a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. The food is good and relatively reasonable in terms of price. Depending on the crowd, the service can be a little slow, but that's understandable.
