A superb restaurant in Saillans. The quality is consistently excellent, with a menu that changes regularly, ensuring you'll never get bored. The menu is very reasonably priced, and the setting is truly idyllic: right on the banks of the Drôme River, with a peaceful outdoor terrace and breathtaking views. I've been eating at this restaurant for several years now, whenever I'm in the area visiting my grandfather. He goes there regularly and raves about it, and I completely understand why. I can't wait to come back and eat at your restaurant again, and especially to have another Ardèche ice cream cone for dessert!

We just finished lunch at this superb restaurant. We ate in complete privacy on a lovely terrace near the river. The welcome and service were impeccable from beginning to end. The starter, main course, and desserts were all excellent. The cuisine was flavorful, generous, and of high quality. I highly recommend this place.
