Le Rivoli is such a lovely place to sit for a drink and for some food. The owners are absolutely lovely and make you feel very welcome. We ended up going three days in a row! Thank you for making our stay in Rouen even more special.
Friendly and well located place. Very good pain au chocolat. However, the staff is not very pleasant if we are not used to it. We cleared our table and didn't even get a thank you or a smile. Damage.
