05/07/2026: We had an excellent dinner at this restaurant just outside the center of Hyères. We enjoyed delicious, beautifully presented dishes while dining on the lovely outdoor patio. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive. I would happily come back!
27/06/2026: Original and simply delicious dishes – the crab omelet and the confit suckling pig were cooked to perfection – top-notch presentation, and attentive service from a very pleasant team. 🙂 We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time on the lovely patio of La Colombe. 🙂

16/08/2026: Excellent crêperie in the heart of old Hyères! A wonderful discovery in a charming setting with a truly lovely atmosphere. The galettes and crêpes are delicious, generous, and made with high-quality ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed them! The welcome was warm, and the service was pleasant and attentive. A great place to enjoy old Hyères while indulging in a delicious meal. We highly recommend it!
