A wonderful discovery in L'Isle-sur-Tarn! Excellent wood-fired cuisine and a warm welcome. I highly recommend discovering this restaurant and its friendly owners 👍🏽. We tried everything: lamb shank, ribeye steak, beef stew... everything was excellent.

Excellent regional cuisine, recipes inspired by classic recipes. The homemade foie gras is to die for, and the wine list is excellent. Beware: the service is a bit slow when it's busy; there are only two of them - but it's very pleasant!

We have had a lovely lunch today, the restaurant is very pretty with a beautiful outdoor courtyard. In 39 degrees outside it was cool and we enjoyed every moment. The food was lovely using fresh produce and the crème brûlée was one of the best I have eaten. The service is great. Definitely recommend for a visit.

29/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place one Sunday at lunchtime with friends (and a dog), and received a fantastic welcome. The food was excellent (great value for money). In short: flawless! We'll be back! 😊
