Le rouge gorge sur Avignon

A beautiful venue to enjoy wonderful shows in the style of Piaf, Barbara... I really appreciated the style and the feeling of stepping back in time.

I always really enjoy the Rouge Gorge's programming, so I keep going back. The welcome is warm, with smiles and good cheer. The layout of the stage, stairs, and balcony is always a real asset to the shows performed there, creating a truly unique atmosphere for musical performances. However, I hate the seats. They're too small for average-sized bottoms, don't allow you to put your feet up comfortably because of a bar, creak, and are far too close together. For example, at three shows during this Off Festival, my knees touched the bottoms of the person in front of me twice. Add to that the close proximity to my two neighbors, and I find it all a bit much.

A lovely, modern theater, tastefully decorated. And air-conditioned!!!! That's a real bonus 😊

As part of the 2026 Avignon Festival, I saw this play in this perfect little theater, with its intimate atmosphere. You're drawn into her world where she reveals what isn't said, or what you only think! It's a success... We had a great time! 👍

A beautiful and unique venue where we were warmly welcomed during the Avignon show, where we had come to see the "Eiffel Folie's Burlesque Cabaret".

A magnificent setting!! A really cool cabaret-style concept where you can enjoy concerts while sharing platters and having a drink! I highly recommend it! We'll definitely be back 🤩
