Very good coffee with a very friendly atmosphere. The food is very good, the wines numerous and well chosen and the waiters very welcoming. The price is very reasonable considering the location. I recommend reserving for lunch due to the low number of places.

Excellent restaurant, I recommend as much for its cuisine as for the service. Wide variety of carefully prepared dishes, rib of beef grilled to perfection, the desserts are also very fine. Excellent natural wines. Address not to be missed.

Back in the 60s or 70s. Claude Sautet-style bistro atmosphere with friends. Raw dishes, very good beef in all its forms but also andouille and black pudding prepared to perfection. It's forbidden to come there on Saturday lunchtime, it's often on my agenda.

absurdly good meal! we ate at a few michelin star restaurants in Paris—i preferred this dinner. every single thing we ordered was fantastic. the blood sausage blew my mind, and i don’t even like blood sausage. the pâté was the best i’ve ever had. the tartare, best i had in france. the wine was outstanding. the service was kind, direct, and funny. our waiter was frankly nicer to us than he had any reason to be, and patient too. we got the real french experience in a neighborhood full of tourist spots and I will remember our night at Le Rubis forever. I LOVE THIS BAR.
