Best burger, best service, best music

Quite simply the best burger in Paris. Meat, buns, ingredients, weekly burgers, cheddar fries, fried chicken, desserts, changing cocktails, open late and almost all the time. The only negative point? We want to go there too often!

A very nice place for a very good burger. Certainly one of the best in Paris. The servers are friendly and extremely charming. We love their sparkling look when they bring us this duo of mini “tasting” burgers. The bread is soft, the cheddar melts, the secret sauce is divine. Congratulations to the whole team

This is highly recommended as one of the best burgers in Paris but cannot really understand the reason for that accolade as was nothing special at all. Very nice friendly service though.

We went to Le Ruisseau, because it is local to us and because we have not had good experiences at hamburger restaurants in Paris and we wanted to change that. We were warmly greeted by our excellent waitress, water was brought to the table and our order was taken. We were not asked how we would like out burgers to be cooked, but there was no problem when we said how we wanted them, one rare, one very rare. When the food came it was delicious and the burgers were not overcooked. The chips were not as crispy as the British and Americans like their chips to be, but the potatoes that were used were perfect as the chips had lots of flavour. Our waitress was attentive, but no overly so, which made us appreciate her. The food was good, the service was good, and it would have gained 5 stars from me, if the burgers had been cooked over a wood fire. However, one can't have everything and this was a very pleasant experience, when bearing in mind that the majority of burger restaurants in Paris are sadly lacking. We will be back.
