The redneck chicken sandwich was fantastic. Fresh cut french fries, good milkshake and excellent friendly service! A surprisingly great meal from a place I just saw by coming off the street.

What a great suprise. Among all the big fancy shops this dinner serves mean burgers and fries. Quick and excellent service. Burgers are really delicious. I chose the Rocky Mountain with raclette cheese. Excellent service.

The burgers were not amazing, the meat was not the best. The fries were ok but not to my taste. The milkshakes though were really good.

HD Diner Gare de l'Est

01/08/2026: You eat here just like at home, in a welcoming atmosphere within a well-established restaurant. The decor is lovely, transporting you to a certain era of France (the 1920s or 1930s?). As for the food, it's a sure thing. Simple, traditional and everyday dishes (like spaghetti bolognese) that are sure to please. All this for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend it ❤️
01/08/2026: People go there mainly for the iconic atmosphere of Bouillon Chartier, not for its cuisine. The food is decent, however, and the service is very pleasant. And above all, the restaurant's strong point: quick meals at low prices.

The dishes are flavorful, the damdam is superb and beautifully presented, and the ingredients are high quality. The service is also very pleasant and welcoming. A fantastic experience from start to finish; I highly recommend it!
