Very kind staff, characteristic and well-kept place and excellent food!

What a great choice we made for our lunch together on July 3rd at this excellent restaurant in the Vauban citadel of Briançon! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the delicious food, the friendliness and generosity of the manager, not to mention the smile and competence of the waitress! This restaurant, which truly deserves its recommendations, is well worth a visit. Go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

Great hidden gem. It's been a long time since I ate such good fresh fish. The staff is so inviting and friendly. A place to return to 🙂

While not particularly appealing from the outside, it impresses with a very charming server and excellent cuisine!

We ended up at this restaurant by chance. The hostess, Claudine, was super sweet. We received a complimentary aperitif! The food was super fresh, perfectly cooked, and everything homemade. To finish, we were offered a digestif. Thank you, Restaurant Rustique, you were fantastic!

A relaxed, homey atmosphere with an absolutely lovely owner and waitress! The place is warm and inviting, filled with quirky, vintage decor. The dishes are more than generous and delicious! A complimentary welcome drink is offered as an aperitif, followed by a limoncello or génépi liqueur as a digestif. A small classroom is available for children who want to play while waiting for their meal. A nice bonus at the end of your meal is the chance to insert coins into an authentic jukebox. This is a Briançon must-try that deserves to be better known. An absolutely fantastic and authentic experience. 👌🏻 (Remember to book in advance during peak season)

A beautiful and unique place, the menus are delicious and generous. The atmosphere is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

An unusual and rustic place. Excellent homemade food, a warm welcome, puzzle games on the table to keep you entertained while you wait, and a jukebox for atmosphere. Excellent!
