A superb discovery! 🤩 A warm and welcoming place where everything is in place for a wonderful time! ❤️ The staff is extraordinary, so kind and down-to-earth that you even end up chatting with the people at the next table. 😄 The decor is very authentic and, above all, inviting. We loved the little games available on the tables: Mikado, puzzles… Something to keep us entertained while we waited! And what a lovely surprise: a complimentary aperitif and digestif! 🍹🥃 We tried the Bleu du Queyras fondue… and honestly: EXCELLENT and very GENEROUS!!! 🧀🤩 For dessert, we had three scoops of ice cream… and wow, what scoops!!! 😂 Enormous! We're more used to the "half-scoops" served in restaurants… but here, there's no skimping! 😋🍦 So yes, we highly recommend this place +++++ ❤️ And one thing is for sure: as soon as we're back in the area, we'll definitely be returning! A special mention to Claudine, the owner, who is so friendly, generous, and attentive to her customers. She takes the time to chat, joke, and share a genuine moment with them. 🩷 An address just the way we like them: authentic, generous, and welcoming! 🥰

A memorable experience worth every penny! At first, seeing the prices on the menu, we hesitated, but we quickly understood why once we were seated! It all started with a complimentary aperitif. The vintage and retro decor is everywhere; there's even a recreated classroom at the entrance and a real jukebox that takes one-franc coins to liven up the evening. As for the food, the portions were simply enormous—it was a real treat. We were so full that we had to skip dessert! To top it all off, we were offered a complimentary digestif. A huge thank you to Claudine for her generosity and all her thoughtful touches. A truly remarkable woman and a must-visit in Briançon. We loved it!

French and Briançonnaise excellence. The chef's Briançonnaise fondue is a local tradition. An exceptionally welcoming, family atmosphere. Whether you're a busy person or a snob from a major city, this is a place where time stands still. Claudine, the Queen of Sardines, will immerse you in the ambiance and gastronomy of Briançonnaise. Reservations are recommended due to its popularity.

An incredible experience, from the warm welcome and generosity to the delicious local cuisine. The authentic mountain setting brought back childhood memories, the trout with orange sauce, the absolutely delicious tartiflette, and the exceptional floating islands were simply divine. A complimentary aperitif and digestif were offered with a genuine smile, along with a few 1-franc coins to help the jukebox! We'll definitely be back every time we're in Briançon. The food is perfect and the portions are generous! The place is very unique and a real feast for the eyes. A delightful step back in time! Board games are available on each table to keep you entertained while you wait for your meal! And the staff is fantastic! Average price per person: €45.
