We had a wonderful time at Le Sabayon restaurant!
The welcome was particularly warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, which immediately put us at ease.
The dishes were simply excellent: beautifully presented, flavorful, and prepared with care. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the pleasure they take in doing things well in the kitchen.
The service was impeccable, both professional and friendly, without ever being pushy.
A truly wonderful restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

As regulars at this restaurant, my family and I have never been disappointed. We've always received a warm welcome, and the service is incredibly friendly.
The portions are generous, the meat is tender, and it's served with a choice of sauce and side dish, something for everyone.
In short, a fantastic place I'll gladly return to!
PS: I particularly recommend their cream sauce and their gratin dauphinois.

Having discovered this restaurant just this afternoon, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The menu is well-suited for meat lovers like myself, with a wide selection. They even let us know if something was missing, which, as a former restaurant worker, I appreciate. The only slight drawback was that the dishes weren't piping hot enough. I could have asked for them to be reheated, but I chose to eat them as they were. It's a restaurant I'll definitely return to when I'm in the area again, hoping to find some wood-fired grills ;-) P.S. Another thing I appreciated was having bread, salt, and pepper readily available on the table without having to ask.

For over a year now, they've had a notice on the tables saying the fireplace is broken and they can't grill over a wood fire, so they're using a griddle instead, even though the menu still says wood-fired grilling. This isn't right. And to top it all off, the waiter is unfriendly and makes inappropriate remarks.

We stumbled upon this place by chance. The service was very courteous and friendly. There was no wait at all. Everything was perfect. The dishes were typical and very well prepared. Good old-fashioned cuisine. Well-made, delicious, and generous portions. Very reasonable prices. No complaints whatsoever. No regrets.
