Good food at reasonable prices. Clean restaurant with an open view of the well-organized and clean kitchen. We enjoyed our meal.
However... The service, provided by a man (the owner?), was deplorable, even disrespectful. It was one thing to be asked to arrive at 12:30 PM rather than 1:00 PM when making the reservation, even though it meant rearranging our plans. But we were "punished" for not ordering an aperitif: "I'm not taking your order yet; you'll have to wait, I'll come back later" (sic). In short: arrived at 12:30 PM, ordered our meal at 1:00 PM, first bite at 1:10 PM, left at 1:55 PM after swallowing the last bite; that's one starter and one main course!

Great atmosphere and lovely waiters serving generous and excellent meals; it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to, with a price that met my expectations for the meal ordered. I highly recommend it!

On the menu:
- For Mr.: Duck breast, fries, and green peppercorn sauce: absolutely delicious. It was excellent!
- For Mrs.: Salad with crispy goat cheese: Good, and I was surprised by the presentation of the goat cheese crisp, which was covered in a sheet of bric-a-brac pastry, but disappointed because there was no bacon or even onion. Just lamb's lettuce and the crispy topping.

Passing through the area, Le Sabayon was recommended to us. We had a very good meal; the salad dressing was excellent, the cream sauce superb, and the rib-eye steaks were beautiful, flavorful, and tender cuts of meat. The service was top-notch and the welcome very friendly. The only slight drawback was that the barbecue was broken, so we didn't get a proper fire.
